Welcome to workout two! Congratulations on surviving “The Michael Myers”. Once again, this week’s workout will make sure you’re fit to be the final girl (or guy). Hope you’re ready.
The Babadook:
There are 5 rounds to this workout, the rounds are broken out by varying reps, meaning each round has a specific number of reputations you need to do of each movement. This Killer Workout has a maximum time limit of 20 minutes. As always be sure to spend 10-15 minutes warming up! Begin by practicing each movement and assessing how you’re going to tackle each.
Before you begin you will need a 14-20 lbs weighted ball and a 25-55 lbs kettle bell to complete this workout.
Round 1: Each of the 5 movements 21 times (ex: You’re doing 21 wall balls, 21 American kettlebell swings, 21 burpees, and 21 sit-ups)
Round 2: Each of the 5 movements 15 times
Round 3: Each of the 5 movements 9 times
